1801 First Luxury Inn - Napa

Superb breakfast with the freshly baked goods was a nice touch. The location in a beautiful area was marvellous and incredible and there were a public market and a market nearby...

The superior suite was fabulous, and having warm, individualized breakfasts every morning was such a treat. The complimentary wine tasting with cheese in the afternoon was a good touch too. Plus, it's just a few blocks from great restaurants and shops!

I stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was appealing, with excellent and unbeatable location right by Downtown Napa which was a quick 10 minute walk from the Inn, Napa Valley and the garden for refreshments and wine and a chat with other guests and a sommelier. The staff were best, and the room was spotless and new-fashioned for storage of toiletries. I loved the stay and would come here again.

The Beautiful Suite was fabulous, with a cozy corner with an armchair perfect. The warm, individualized breakfasts each morning were a good treat, and the complimentary wine tasting with local cheeses in the afternoons.

No major downsides to report.

Overall had very nice stay during my 30th birthday vacation. Thoroughly enjoyed the way my suite was arranged with an easy to use fireplace. The location was absolutely perfect, on all the events happening in Napa. I tried some drinks at bar Sky & Vine Rooftop Bar, located 15 minutes walk away. I did not want to leave there, so can just recommend this hotel.

We loved that we were just a 10-minute walk to both Veterans Memorial Park and John Anthony Vineyards, making it easy to enjoy scenic strolls and sample great wines every day while feeling at home with the warm hospitality of the owners and staff.

Good, and the room was spacious with comfortable furnishings. The only downside was the occasional noise from other guests in the hallway during late hours.

Can't recommend highly enough for a weekend vacation

Luxurious accommodations, good breakfast, including local cheeses and wines each evening made our stay special and nice, along with the convenient free parking that allowed us to explore the area without hassle.

An very nice three-night adventure! The charming old house and the spacious suite were just divine. Evening wine tastings with local cheese were a good touch-we adored mingling with the other guests!

But darling, the pillows was like a firm embrace from a headstone! If you're picky, bring your own cushion of luxury!

The room was large and comfortable, with cozy robes waiting for us. The breakfast options every morning were delicious, especially the pastries. The homemade treats were such a nice touch. Carrie and the staff were friendly. The evening wine hour was enjoyable, great to try local wines while mingling with others. I appreciated the proximity to downtown Napa. We walked to many nearby restaurants. A downside was that our bathroom could use some updates. The shower had weak water pressure and felt dated. The carpet had some stains, which lowered the luxury feel we were hoping for. Nonetheless, we had a lovely time and would consider returning.
